UniChrom - GC x GC beta*
UniChrom - GC x GC service (plugin module) is intended for data conversion of modulated 2D chromatogram into three-dimensional matrix and bitmap representation. Starting service brings up control window, which currently provides two actions:

			    - [Refresh] - queries current active chromatogram about dataset parameters

		        - [Convert] - Creates new 3D dataset based on modulation period and starting point entered in the windows

Feel free to contact us and propose new features and improvements.
			  * We call this beta, cuz it's bettar than nothing ...

Starting UniChrom GC x GC service
Source chromatogram - imported .CH signal from Agilent 7890A with pneumatic-modulated GC x GC system.
Service started form "Service manager" (bottom-right corner)
User specifies beginning of modulation moment and modulation period.
The button [Convert] starts creating new 3D chromatogram. |

Viewing sliced (GC x GC) chromatogram
New chromatogram is a hundreds of short chromatograms separated on second column.
Each chromatogram can be navigated, viewed and processed separately. |

Adding bitmap view of GC x GC chromatogram
UniChrom V allows viewing data from different "points of view" simultaneously.
The "BMP" representation is added from context
menu. Chromatograms not capable for 2D representation would
                    display nothing.

User can decide make the bitmap view
permanent and choose "Save" in the same menu. |

Bitmap representation gives new horizons of analysis :)
                  The bitmap shows:

                    - ruler of paraffines

                    - bands of non-paraffin compounds

                    - lots of artifacts caused by unconditioned column

                    - etc.

At least paraffin ruler should be moved to bottom of the picture.
There are plenty of play work.
Image in the BMP view can be zoomed and scaled (Z-scale) which is indicated by brightness. |
